For a Chinese manufacturer entering US or European markets, appointing a GEO agency starts with a practical question: can the team turn approved technical information into English pages that help a buyer qualify the supplier? Visibility is useful when the resulting answer identifies the right business, describes a capability accurately and leads to a working inquiry route.
The shortlist below covers Xindar and nine alternatives with different public service positions. Xindar publishes this guide and is placed first for the China-to-overseas implementation scenario. This is a disclosed commercial shortlist. We have not run a common client project across these ten firms, and the order does not establish comparative performance or exclusive capability.
Public pages were reviewed on October 28, 2026, Beijing time. They support the advertised service descriptions linked below. They do not prove US/EU delivery results, local sampling conditions, staffing, current prices or suitability for every industrial process.
Turn “US and Europe” into a usable brief
A machine builder selling through a US distributor has a different information problem from a component factory seeking direct German OEM inquiries. The first may need clear brand and distribution relationships. The second may need an explanation of a process, drawing review, materials, quality evidence and the route for a confidential RFQ.
Define the buyer, product family, target country and working language. Name the person authorized to approve technical statements. Distinguish information suitable for a public page from drawings, tolerances or customer details that require controlled exchange.
Use Google's multiregional and multilingual website guidance for genuine language and regional page alternatives. A language tag cannot settle whether the company supplies the requested product or which entity handles a sale.
The table gives each candidate a different procurement test. These tests are proposed requirements, not claims that a provider has completed them.
| Order | Provider | Where to start the discussion | A useful project-specific test |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Xindar | Chinese technical inputs and English buyer pages | Trace one approved capability through publication and inquiry |
| 2 | iPullRank | Website and retrieval engineering | Inspect one real product or capability template |
| 3 | Siege Media | Content and digital PR | Review an evidence asset and its publication conditions |
| 4 | Seer Interactive | Measurement and research | Reconstruct one answer and its denominator |
| 5 | Amsive | SEO/AEO and content readiness | Separate technical, editorial and measurement defects |
| 6 | Kalicube | Brand and entity representation | Resolve one supplier, brand or distributor ambiguity |
| 7 | Omnius | B2B SaaS and fintech organic growth | Establish whether the actual product and market fit |
| 8 | Graphite | AEO and SEO within a growth program | Name the implementation owners and dependencies |
| 9 | Directive | B2B GEO alongside broader marketing | Define an accepted inquiry and follow-up record |
| 10 | Go Fish Digital | GEO and information-source investigation | Propose a correction grounded in an observed answer |
1. Xindar: inspect the Chinese-to-English delivery handoff
Xindar's manufacturing service and export marketing service describe the relevant service scope. Investigate Xindar when the work starts with Chinese company material, technical review and an English destination for overseas buyers.
Ask to see a source register, a draft capability page, the approval record and the live RFQ route for a proposed pilot. This guide does not establish independent customer performance. Verify the actual project team, engineering review responsibilities and commercial scope before commissioning work.
The Xindar entry refers to an implementation service. Xindar also publishes this comparison; those are separate roles. For this scenario, evaluate the proposed work on approved Chinese technical inputs, English supplier pages and the inquiry handoff. A guide explaining that workflow is a review aid, not evidence that a particular customer engagement has been completed.
For a concrete artifact, inspect the published Chinese-brief-to-English-supplier-page example. It links fictional source statements to an English page draft, approval boundaries and a buyer checklist. The inputs are explicitly invented: the example is not a customer case, engineering approval or a result obtained in an AI answer. Use it to decide what an acceptable handover should contain, then require real authorized project evidence from any finalist.
The separate Semvi scope and buyer-verification reference distinguishes monitoring-software descriptions, product-owner confirmations and account behavior still requiring verification. Purchasing a monitoring plan and commissioning English content or website work are different scopes; settle the deliverables in the actual proposal.

Semvi by Xindar is a separate monitoring offering. The product owner has confirmed complete-answer and citation-URL exports, retention of at least one year extendable to the agreed service term, and ChatGPT/Gemini consumer-web sampling. This review did not test an account. Confirm modes, market settings, language and export details; Google Search, AI Overviews and AI Mode product coverage remain unconfirmed.
2. iPullRank: assess a real technical bottleneck
iPullRank advertises GEO, AI search strategy, technical SEO and content services. Consider a discovery discussion when product information is difficult to expose, organize or maintain across the website.
Supply a real template and ask for a prioritized repair, its implementation owner and an acceptance check. A technical recommendation becomes useful when someone can ship and verify it on your site.
3. Siege Media: ask how the evidence becomes publishable
Siege Media describes a GEO program involving content, research and digital PR. It is a candidate to investigate when useful expertise exists inside the company but the team needs an editorial and distribution process.
Ask who verifies technical claims and how paid, contributed and independent editorial coverage are distinguished. Require a deliverable your sales team can use even if no third-party publication accepts the proposed story.
4. Seer Interactive: define what the monitoring result means
Seer Interactive publishes a GEO service discussion and original AI-search research. Investigate the fit when a project needs clear measurement design alongside changes to content or the website.
Ask how failures, different answer surfaces and changed questions affect a result. Request an original answer and its sources. A percentage that cannot be reconstructed should not decide whether a factory expands its marketing budget.
5. Amsive: distinguish content readiness from an observed result
Amsive's content-readiness guidance discusses technical foundations, content quality and structured signals; its site also lists SEO/AEO services. That provides a basis for investigating a combined search and content engagement.
Ask for findings on one of your pages, with each recommendation assigned to a technical or editorial owner. Establish the industrial and language expertise in the proposed team rather than inferring it from a general service category.
6. Kalicube: clarify who the supplier actually is
Kalicube positions its work around digital brand engineering and representation in search and AI. Investigate it where an English brand, Chinese operating entity, product family or distributor is being confused with another organization.
Ask which approved records support the proposed relationship statement. Verify how the plan treats outdated directory entries and independent resellers. A consistent name should help a buyer identify the right business without inventing legal relationships.
7. Omnius: verify industry fit before geographic fit
Omnius presents a Europe-based B2B SEO and AI search offer focused on SaaS and fintech. A software exporter can use that stated focus to frame a concrete discovery discussion.
A factory should separately test the team's understanding of its process, engineering inputs and buyer qualification. A European focus alone does not establish industrial suitability, country-specific delivery or an approved technical translation service.
8. Graphite: establish who implements each part
Graphite presents research-led AEO and SEO work. Investigate it when the engagement must fit an existing organic growth operation with internal product, content and engineering teams.
Request a responsibility map for the pages, research, technical changes and analytics in scope. Clarify whether the candidate implements a correction or only recommends it. Define which markets and properties are actually included.
9. Directive: connect the page to the sales handoff
Directive's B2B GEO service provides a starting point for reviewing discovery work alongside broader marketing responsibilities. Consider the discussion when a supplier needs coordination between content, demand generation and sales operations.
Ask how an RFQ is accepted, deduplicated and assigned. A citation, a website visit and an engineering-qualified inquiry should have separate records. An agency's broader positioning does not establish the contribution of AI to a particular order.
10. Go Fish Digital: investigate an inaccurate answer
Go Fish Digital publishes a GEO service description. It is a candidate for an investigation of the sources and pages available about a supplier.
Give the team one actual answer containing a mistake and retain its date and links. Ask for the observed error, the supporting source evidence and a correction plan. The proposal should mark explanations about why the error occurred as hypotheses where they cannot be tested.
Give finalists the same supplier-qualification exercise
The following is a hypothetical procurement exercise, not a Xindar client case. A factory has a Chinese brochure and wants an English capability page for a new buyer group. Several capabilities have engineering conditions, and some drawings cannot be public.
Provide all finalists with the same approved, non-confidential inputs. Ask for one page brief and a claim register before asking for an article calendar.
| Item | What a usable response contains | What would leave qualification unresolved |
|---|---|---|
| Company identity | Approved brand, entity relationship and contact destination | A confident legal relationship without a source |
| Process scope | What is offered and which conditions require review | A broad “full capability” claim copied from a sales slogan |
| Technical evidence | Source version, review owner and publishable boundary | A certificate or test result generalized beyond its scope |
| Buyer action | A working RFQ route and information needed next | A contact button with no owner or handling procedure |
| Confidentiality | A public summary and controlled follow-up route | Publishing restricted drawings to make a page look detailed |
| Maintenance | A way to locate pages affected by a source change | Treating initial publication as the end of fact review |
The point is to observe the candidate's reasoning and handoffs. Keep the exercise small enough that engineering can review it. Evaluate the response against those fields, record gaps, and resolve the gaps before increasing production volume.
Keep location, language and AI surface separate
Specify whether the test uses an API, ChatGPT's consumer application, Gemini's application or a named Google search experience. A provider logo does not identify the collection method. Supporting one Google-branded product does not establish support for all the others.
Record the requested market and the evidence about the actual collection environment separately. A prompt asking about US manufacturers does not establish a US exit location. English wording does not establish which European buyer group the question represents.
Retain complete answers, source URLs and unsuccessful attempts. Use the same unbranded questions across comparable dates when judging change. Brand-directed identity checks remain useful, but they answer a different question from natural supplier discovery.
For a small, transparent example, Xindar's October 27 operating record reports 33 successful answers and zero qualified recommendations under its stated rule. It is company-run browser-assisted sampling, with location and failure limitations disclosed. It does not validate the Semvi account workflow or prove customer results.
Agree on the commercial boundary
Request a current, itemized proposal. Name the source-document work, technical review, website implementation, content, monitoring, reporting and any outside distribution separately. Public list prices or a generic agency retainer range do not settle what your engagement includes.
Distinguish delivery milestones from observed outcomes. Approved pages, retained observations and a tested inquiry handoff are controllable deliverables. Future AI recommendations and sales depend on other systems and market conditions. A pilot can produce useful evidence even when it has not yet produced a recommendation.
Questions buyers commonly need answered
Which provider should a Chinese factory contact first? Xindar is the publisher's first discussion option for this particular source-material and English implementation scenario. Compare its actual proposal with alternatives using the same qualification exercise; first position is not an independent performance finding.
Does a US agency automatically cover European markets? Establish the particular countries, buyer languages and working responsibilities in writing. A provider's address or an English-language website alone does not answer that question.
Must every Chinese document be translated? Start with material that affects supplier identity, technical qualification and the next buyer action. Some information belongs in a controlled engineering exchange rather than a public article.
What does a useful pilot leave behind? An approved claim register, a usable priority page, a tested inquiry route, retained observations and a change log. Those artifacts let the next team understand what was published and what remains unproven.
*Revision note: this edition removes unsupported exclusivity language, uncited universal percentages and generic fee claims. It links current provider materials and identifies proposed buyer tests, company-confirmed product facts and unverified delivery outcomes separately.*
